Ivermectin based Antifouling

Buy some yourself and put it in the Antifouling. Apart from being an expert on how to spend money on boats I was an expert on Ivermectin as in my previous business I had to sit an exam to apply for a Licence from the RPSGB, to sell it.
But I would suggest that Ivermectin is the wrong choice as on horses it is given orally and on cattle it is poured on.
I would choose Panacure. You can buy small bottles (Goat Size) which would stir nicely into a 2.5 ltr can.
Mind you I would also suggest that assuming Antifouling is only a Waterproof Vynill Silk with a secret ingrediant you make your own with Dulux and Panacure.
PS. Ivermectin is only supposed to be active for 6 weeks but Equest which is newer is 13 Weeks. Panacure is contact.

The article mentions a yellow/white powder. This would be easier to stir in. Would this be available to purchase, and if so where from ?

Would be good to add to the Seajet Solitaire recommends.

The most effective antifoul I found when I was in that neck of the woods, was Seajet Shogun.

That's funny, I thought Shogun a waste of money.

Up the top of the Hamble I tried trilux, shogun and Tropical Killer and none of it was any good.

I added weedol. I added chilli powder.

All a waste of time.

Good results this year, Interspeed Ultra.

Thanks for that.

Is Panacure, or the other Fenbendazole-based Safe-Guard, readily available at concentrations greater than 10%?

Are these real words - come on guys, I just want some stuff to put in the paint that will keep the barnacles at bay !

rafiki has the answer.......

Solitaire hasn't taken his now Coppercoated boat (which he otherwise loves) up there yet so hasn't discovered that seajet is old hat!

Seriously of the conventionals, seajet has been well regarded on the hamble, but I hate applying it. It is always 3 or 4 coats needed for good coverage when 2 coats of hempel will do. Hempel is my favorite to apply. perhaps 4 coats of that is the answer.

Thing is adhesion. The stuff I have been using isn't wearing out, the barnacles just don't seem bothered by it. I think Tiger Extra may be the way to go, I would like to try this stuff Ivermectin though.
