Perhaps the same snotty nosed little kid that designed the fixings for the thrust blocks on the QE went on to design the ballast tanks on that one. Should be up for promotion pretty soon

I doubt a snotty nosed kid involved in the design of the QE had anything to do with the design of the Rover class Small Fleet Tankers, which were built from 1968-1974!
