It\'s Happened.

The timing couldn't been worse. I've paid for the new catamaran and the money has been debited from my account and she will be ready to launch at the end of the first week in May. Problem is that I will be somewhere between St Maarten and The Azores munching FB pies with TCM, Parahandy and LSJ.

The yard have agreed to move her to the hard at my local yacht club and I will launch her on my return from the pond crossing. Talk about a conflict of interests? I am not prepared to miss the pond crossing but want to be here for the last two weeks of the build.

Yep, gave up on the Maxim and then did an about turn and now own a Maxim. Photos and details to follow soon on the faithful old Anecdotes from Stingo.

Is it the same Maxim that you originally were enthusing about and had the phots to show? Either way, good luck, and looking forward to the pictures.

Yes, it's the same design, but not the same hull as that in those photos. That one and two or three more have been built since and sold to other owners.

Will take a few shots next week and post them.
