It\'s farewell from me!

Back to the boat tomorrow morning, very early, so my last day here.

Haul out first, leave Corsica in a couple of weeks maybe, probably back to Elba, down Italian coast, north Sicily to see the volcanoes, across to Malta, maybe southern Italy and to the Ionian by September. Back here in October.

If anyone sees us on the way we would be glad to say hello and stand you a drink. Straitshooter, Sadler 34. Hope all have a good summer.

Sounds idyllic, we will be in Lefkas/Nidri in 4 weeks time, but only for a 2 week charter. You get to do it all summer, how wonderful.

Good luck with the haul out - I always find that a stressful moment until I have had a walk under to see that all is well.

Sounds like we will be messing about in the same general area, although we don't set off for another month. We have Pompei and Sicily in our sights before heading further east.

We will keep a look out for Straightshooter .... and the promised drink, although we would have to repay the compliment immediately /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
