and i am BORED already.
Do I dare to nip down to the boat and knock up that other little bit of flooring to go over the prop shaft to prevent me standing on them, then walking grease all over my carpets.
Please let this day end soooooon :)
The new helm seat wot I bought the boat for xmas has already been installed on the flybridge.

Bet if I ring up for a chat you'll say you're busy ! :D

Here's a few ideas to keep the boredom at bay:
1. Take Sue a cup of tea in bed
2. Ask her of she'd like brekkie in bed.
3. Take the cat for a walk
4. Ring SarahT and wish her a Happy Xmas
5. Ring me up to say Happy Xmas
6. Think of something else you WOULD like to do !
7. Ignore number 5 .....

Bin there done that...she let it get cold
Trying to get her out of bed not encouraging her to stay
He's already done that on his own
Better by far to visit in person
There are limits to even my xmas bonhomie

Dear oh, dear, what a miserable lot.

Try siomething new - there's a lot of good music today on R3, nothing (well not much) to hackneyed, just good classical stuff.
Strip out the words if you find them not to your taste.
Just listen to the TUNES.
 
If you're really bored, I've a long list of jobs on a little project I've just bought to get me boating on the Thames again.
Should keep boredom away for at least 3 months.:D
 
Have a cup of tea, Oldgit. It was lovely meeting you both at B1s, in the summer. Find out when The Great Escape's on and enjoy. Hopefully 2013 will be better for boating :)
 
Oldgit, if you really are bored, or if you get a minute......and as you are the font of all knowledge about boats and manufacturers, do you know what colours other than avacado JGM Madeira's were moulded in?

Did actually sneak off to go and do that that little job yesterday.
Only 99 other jobs to to go.
Just trying fit weeny bit of boat fixing inbetween blimming stuff SWMBO keeps secretly arranging.

Want to try and add some wind deflectors to top edge of of flyscreen,bit of a annoying wind blast over top edge at "speed".
Some oblong bits of perspex on hinges of some sort perhaps ?????
