Just been standing on the sea wall watching with a fellow boater, the dying minutes of his boat, as it pounded on the rocks, it's a sad sight. ps, gusting 68mph.

Hi Dom, It was a small sailboat,I have just been out to Hermees, she ok, but my little steadying sail is blown to tatters, more wind to come..

oh dear, well i am goin to visit are boat friday evening to see if the new canvas cover is still intact, hopfully it is. I bet the owner of the smashed up boat was heart broken.
