I heard over the weekend that a large Worldwide Sailing School/Charter Company are combining with a large Marina Company to take over most of the marinas and (their) restaurants on the South Coast. Watch the charges and how exclusive sailing can get then! It'll all be new sailing gear and wrap around sun glasses or you can't come in.

Don't worry.

When this giant tsunami sweeps up the channel all the Solent boats will be parked along the M3.

You may get a ticket for illegal parking on the hard shoulder but the Basingstoke marina will be much cheaper.

Surely not!

However when you see how quickly the Square/Ketch/??/snigger bar/restaurant/club fills up when the "team building for insurance company clerks fleets get in it starts to look like a possible runner.

The Chineese Troglodite IS also focussing on the trendy these days with purple & pink pushed to the fore.

Howard's Way warned that this would happen!!

The best thing about the Haslar lightship is that it attracts all the Sunsailers, leaving the pubs quite pleasant (for Gosport).

Ah but the lightship is the thin edge of the wedge, the pubs are next, along with Opal Marine, Camper & Nics The Royal Naval Base..........We're doomed!!
