Issues finding the right bilge pump?

Hmmm not sure about the first one, second one is a maybe. But would be better if I could just put a hose in. The bilge is roughly 10cm deep (at the deepest)

The whale supersub output hose is adjustable to vertical. The unit is perhaps 100mm deep and is meant to drain to leave 10mm in sump if flat. We had one which worked fine till nearby lightning strike wrecking it and eberspacher control module.
