My fridge was working fine last night but won't come on now.I have 10.4v with terminals disconnected but 2.6v when i connect them.It it purely low batteries or a fault on the fridge?

I assume the 10.4 volts is measured on the wires in from the panel/batteries? Fridges have a device that switches them off when supply voltage falls below a set figure, usually around 11 volts. Check the battery voltage and if OK look for poor connections in your panel.

Looks like your battery is dead. When connected the fridge is dragging the voltage down.

Try switching on something else that uses a lot of power & see what happens. If you get the same volt drop then defo your battery. IMO :D
