I have been reading Buehler’s book and I am pretty convinced I am going to pull the trigger on building a Juno. When Buehler was still alive it was possible to buy these plans directly from him and consult with him about your build. Seeing how that is not an option anymore, I would be very appreciative if someone would be willing to share the plans if they have them.
The original Juno that George built in the 70’s has reached the end of its life and watching it be scrapped has lit a fire in me to build a new one to carry on its legacy.
I hope to recycle some of the remaining hardware from the original boat in my build.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried here:35′ Cutter JUNO – George Buehler Yacht Design ?

Seems to work.

Also, might get some 'opinions' over on the Wooden Boat Forums.

Hello there.
Well I’m sad to read that Juno is being cut up at the end of her life.

Im down here in New Zealand and I’m about to start on a Juno, figuring it will take me 10-15 years….young family and all that.
I have all the heavy timbers cut and drying, working on the shed now.
Im using the plans at the back of the book, with my only “gripe” being I originally wanted a ketch, but I can’t find the sail plans for that, so I’m just going to stick to the cutter plans in the book to keep it simple.

You shouldn’t need much more than the plans in his book. I have never built a boat, but I am pretty handy and resourceful, which I’m sure you are too if you are looking at a project like this. Everything is there, well all the main stuff, and after some time studying it, it should fall into place in your thoughts, and what’s not there can be worked out as you go.

I hope you do start…..I’ll have a buddy to talk to and let’s say that whoever finishes first gets a bottle of port from the other!

Kind regards,
Adam.
