Not any more - the world population grows and the island shrinks. If you allow 1 square foot per person:

At midnight the world population was estimated at 6,509,180,470.

The Isle of Wight is 146 square miles which is 4,070,246,400 square feet.

The last time it was possible was early September 1972.
