Is Windy Pro worth the extra money?

Hi,

Merry Christmas everyone. Any thoughts, I use Windy app (blue one) and find it really useful for sailing but often wondered if it is worth paying the extra for Pro.

Just woken up with a notification on my phone offering lifetime usage for £79 (25% discount for today.)

Extra features worth it or unnecessary gimmick?

Windy is an excellent (the best - discuss) product and continually improving. Why not break the English price of everything value of nothing habit and bung them a few quid in recognition of that.

I've upgraded when racing to get more the more frequent updates and higher resolution. Wouldn't bother for general pottering.

I got lifetime pro a few years ago, cost me a fiver. Looks like they’ve upped the price a bit
