Yeah! And in Fareham, my cat has the highest mast and two sets of spreaders. In the blackberry season I can host hundreds of them! My neighbour with a smaller cat used to have preference and says that since I moved in, his boat is not popular with them anymore. Also cats are a bigger bombing target. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
I have toyed with spikey things on the mast crane but they just move to the spreaders. Can't put spikey things there as they would rip the sails to pieces. Once saw a cat in the west country with similar thing on spreaders but it looked like a bleedin hedgehog. One thing I did try was fishing line stretched tight about 3 inches above the spreaders. Very entertaining watching the little boogers trying to land. Lower undercarriage and go arse over tit. Trouble is even then they perch on the rigging! Doesn't seem to matter if the perch is vertical or horizontal. If you have the highest mast around, you're elected!

What's all this business with "poo" why can't you call it by it's proper names...like...the word (which will be removed) but rhymes with "lit"..,crap.etc.
