Is this engine mounting past its best?

Vibration from the engine seemed to have increased noticeably. Thought it might have been something caught round the prop but on checking the engine I found one of the engine bearer nuts was loose and had ridden up the mounting stud. Even after re-tightening it the engine vibration was greater than usual. here's a link to it in action - is this mounting knackered (the forward mount is seen at the end of the video for comparison):

Looks shagged - get a new set and replace them all at the same time
 
One of my engine mount nuts was loose and I sheared the studs off the shaft coupling which is when I discovered the loose mounting nut. I am pretty sure that the engine rocking around on the three remaining mounts contributed to the sheared coupling bolts. So, not only should you replace the mounts but you should also check the coupling bolts as they may have been subjected to a lot of additional vibration and misalignment beyond its specification. If it was me, based on my experience, I would change the coupling bolts as well.
