Is this boat worth it

I get alerts from Yacht world for boats that i Have looked at and dream off , its nice to see them and wish
This one came in today and I thought they must have got the price wrong
is this boat really worth this price , no in my opinon

I passed one of those in the sound of sleat last summer - was a nice boat right enough.

I'd spend $13mil slightly differently though.

It does seem excessive. I know this isn't a great comparison but we built two 50m Ro-Ro ferries for £ 7.5 million in 2013 .

What with all the extensive customisation by her owners, she probably cost them 12 million euros to build, and they are now thinking that this is what she is worth.
And the brokers are playing along, in the hope that she will appeal passionately to somebody out there looking for a boat, while acknowledging privately that she will most probably sell for much less.
A boat is effectively worth what somebody is prepared to pay for it - and if somebody thinks she is 'only' worth say 40% of the asking price, and nobody else is interested, and the owner is desperate to sell because they have high monthly maintenance bills, then that is what she is currently worth.

Yes a lovely style of boat. Check out below - they look roomy, are shallow draughted and I like the style of the interiors. The only new boat that would appeal to me right now. Prices looks good but may be well out of date.

I put up a post asking for information about these, a few months ago but no responses.
