Is there an email for Navionics Customer Support? Got charged twice...

I'm normally quite good at sniffing out an email or phone number from companies even when they go to great effort to hide them on their website.
But I cannot seem to find a customer services email for Navionics.

Basically I updated my Navionics+ subscription on Saturday and due to a glitch I got charged twice.
I didn’t find out until afterwards and by then I couldn’t see a way to cancel the second payment.

Trying to get hold of someone to ask for a refund is proving v difficult!

I’m not surprised you’re having problems getting a refund. I bought a Navionics package quite a few years ago, a one off payment for lifetime use. A few years later they reneged on the deal and wanted more payments for continuing access. Many customers were not impressed.

I bought the app for my android phone then a few months later changed my phone.. It would not work...
After contacting them was told tough, i would have to pay again if i wanted to use it on my new phone.. Many got caught out with this as i learned from reading the comments on google play..
Was some years back but once bitten...

A couple of years back I had an issue as their website wasn't sending emails confirming purchases so I inadvertently bought something twice thinking it hadn't worked first time around which they sorted without any fuss.

I emailed sales@navionics.co.uk and got a reply back this morning. Hopefully the help@ will help ?.
