Is there a new version or similar to Nigel Calders amazing Boatowners book?

I went to look for one that perhaps an updated book for 2016 but could not find one. Can anyone recommend a similar updated book? I already have the 3rd version of Boatowners Mechanical and electrical manual.

Cheers

It's not like an almanac. Calder's first edition came out in 1990, so a new one appears every eight years or so. Most of what's in the current one was also in the first, the main additions being in areas such as solar panels, lithium batteries, instrument networking etc. I'm still on the second edition and in no great rush to update, although I would't say no to one at christmas...

Just checked, still £31.83

Now isn't that interesting? I've re-checked and it's still £40.07. That includes "FREE delivery to Greece in 7-14 working days", which is no doubt assumed from my IP address.
Elsewhere on the page it flags "Free worldwide delivery with every order."

Free? Complete misrepresentation. I've no problem paying for postage, but I do object to con tricks.

Thanks for the link, Nigel, but I think Wordery just lost a customer.

P.S. From the comments on this page, I'm not the only one:

Just downloaded it, it took 15mins, mainly to have a look to see if it's worth buying a hard copy.

I presume the site is breaking every copywrite rule in the book?

How do they get away with it?

Flying under the radar, I doubt they have much of a copyright issue as its the type of book you want in physical form to reference.
Although if someone put the publishers legal team on the case I'm sure they'd soon issue a cease and desist letter.

I already have the hard copy so don't feel so bad, as this is more convenient to have on the iPad for use at the boat. I think the download increases after a couple of downloads to prompt you to pay. I have downloaded a couple and now get asked to wait 3 hours, but if I am going to pay I would rather the cash went to the legal owner of the copyright.
