Hi - Have recently re-located to an Ipswich marina from South coast, I am in need of a sailmaker to fit a sacrifical strip to Genoa. Being new to area I have no idea of sailmakers recommended (or equally to be avoided) so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Boat Sadler 32 - likewise wondered what a ballpark figure would be.
Thanks

We used SailAndCover in Wolverstone - did a good job and at short notice too.

I can recommend Sail and Cover in Woolverstone.
Can't vote for Suffolk sails though after they tried to double the price of a bit of stitching between quote and invoice, although when challenged they did revert to the quoted price but it has left a sour taste.

Thanks Folks - Recommendations gratefully received, have been in touch with both and one appears substantially cheaper albeit it was only a quote so unfair to give prices at this stage. Will get work done at one in the near future.
