BMF Thames Valley Cruising App.

I thought you would like to know that the BMF Thames Valley have just signed up to have their hard copy cruising guide converted to an interactive app for I phone/pad.

We hope to launch this at the start of the season but just in case we are printing the guide again as back-up.

The reason we are announcing this now before development, is to ask you what you would like to see from this application.

All suggestions welcome as we have, as they say, a blank piece of paper to start with.

First thing Mike is don't restrict yourself to i-things. more people have Android devices than Apple.

Please read carefully ! Mike is asking us what we would like to see in the app - i.e. we are being consulted and given an opportunity to contribute to the app development to suit our purposes.

A few ideas: Fuel suppliers

Tide tables.

Amenity info: Pump outs/ Elsan Disposal.
Rubbish disposal.

Link to :Red/yellow board info.

Emergency contact numbers.
