For the last few years I have been happily using navionics on an ipad, contained in a great life edge case.
The case permitted charging while in use and was mounted on a scanstrut frame, not far from the wheel.

Now the ipad is almost 10 years old and seems to need replacing, unfortunately life edge don't make cases any more.
Life edge have directed me to lifeproof - but from what I can see their cases don't permit charging, and I don't think they are compatible with a scanstrut type mounting elbow.

Any recommendations for a good tablet cover that will do what I need?
cheers

Lifeproof Nuud.
search on Amazon but may not be the cheapest supplier;
+1 I have had one of these on my iPad mini for six years and use a scanstrut mounting at the binnacle. I don’t tend to charge in use but there is a flap which exposes the lightning slot. I have always regarded that as likely to admit water if used in wet conditions so take the device below for charging.

I have an Armor-X case, found it excellent, even with submersion. Can charge without taking it off, but probably wouldn’t charge whilst getting very wet (as with any of the cases)
