Any nightclubs in the IOW?

A few - whether you would want to go to them depends on which town you are in and how old you are.

Temptations - Newport
Balcony - Ryde
Bogies - Sandown

are night clubs per se.

There is also a Chicago Rock in Newport and various pub/nightclub type places scattered about. During Cowes week a couple of temporary ones are opened in the yacht haven, Sheppards Wharf and usually E.Cowes.

If you are over here get a County Press (local rag) or have a look at some of the "Tourist Board" type websites which are usually quite up to date.

Hi tome,

Soz mate - I ended up getting tipsy in cowes, also ended up ditching my girlfriend, everything felt a bit rashed, so i decided that i didnt want the hassle with fog/mist - was there any mid channel? Sorry for not calling you mate, just got a new 3g phone and the battery lasts about 20 hours. After this weekend iam on a mission to find some crew as my boat is way to hard work in more than a F4.

Goodstuff tom, had a good look about thursday night and saw quite thick fog around southsea, better safe than sorry i spose.
Cowes was funny saturday watched alot of racing and many broken masts, rip sail's
