IOW Festival.

Where's the best spot up the Medina to Anchor (or cheekily pick up a bouy) within good ear shot of the IOW Festival? Is there such a place?

Quite a few years ago we saw boats at anchor well above Island Harbour. Many were rafted together, anchored fore and aft. I believe that the harbour master was collecting anchoring 'fees' as well. There would have been a good view of the festival except that the organisers had put up flags !
