Sounds like some confusion between 'swaged terminals' that need roll swagers and ones that can be crimped.
For my previous reply I looked at S3is website and the listed 3mm Stayloc terminals, probably the most cost effective, rather than calling out a rigger.
Some crimpers, like Nicorpress, use hand crimpers that do multiple crimps along the ferrule. Are the linked hydraulic ones similar?
Personally, having used a Talurit press to make rigging in my early years, I now use a home grown 20 ton press for my rigging, using talurit type swages.
