Inverkip Marina
Whether your preference is to be on, in or simply beside the water, Kip Village is the place to be. A stunning new waterfront development of 195 stylish homes is built around Kip Marina, Scotland’s premier marina at Inverkip. Situated at the mouth of the River Kip, and around 30 minutes drive from Glasgow, Kip Village is easy to get to by road, rail, air and sea. Surrounded by some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery its an open gateway to the superb sailing waters of the Firth of Clyde. Even further afield are miles of unspoiled coastline and hundreds of islands, harbours and villages on Scotland’s magnificent West Coast.

The 2 bedroom mid-terraced properties include luxurious touches such as ornate staircases with wrought iron balusters, exclusively designed kitchens with quality appliances and fitted furniture to bathrooms. Additional luxurious features such as a small terrace, en suite facilities in the master bedroom and a private garden are also included.

The properties incorporate the best West Coast materials ensuring a classic style in keeping with their unique waterside setting. Private car parking is also provided

He yes I can see your point no I hate the buggers. Im just selling my house and the majority of the people that live here have yachts moored in the Marina. So I thought I would just test the water here. Is that a bit cheeky / annoying. Sorry if the case

I'm not over happy with the marina though. If you're unlucky and get a berth at the further pontoons the walk to the showers etc is hellish. By the time you've done your business and got back to your boat you'd need to start out again! Not good if you've had dodgy curry the night before!
