Hi all,
Would like some help here.
I am looking for parts for an ENKES 20 ST mast winch (very good product but now out of production) and searched the web. A firm called PRONK TRADING & MAINTENANCE - principal is RONALD PRONK from the Netherlands agreed to supply the parts by quotation. I duly sent off the money by bank transfer - in total including the bank fees €200, in May 2014. Despite numerous promises by email that the goods were being and later actually shipped - nothing has arrived. Mr. PRONK has further refused to refund the money.
Q. Has anyone else had this experience - I dont believe I am the only victim here and maybe there is scope for a class action.
Q. Secondly, does anyone know where I might get these parts either from an old boat being scrapped or orherwise?
