Does anyone have any experience of dealing with IMS in Gainsborough, Lincs or with David Bakin, the owner?

I've had a bad experience which is likely to end up in the county court and would be interested if anyone else has any similar situations. Don't post anything libellous but if you can let me know we could get in contact privately.

I have bought from them only at boat jumbles, but I do know of an incident where a (trade) customer wanted a spare part for a Suzuki outboard costing about £50, and they sent him the wrong part, They refused to take it back and make any full or partial refund , so the customer was left with a useless part.

They blamed the customer for not been specific enough when placing the order by phone, but the part they delivered was so different from that actually required, their defence seems a little weak and uncooperative.
