Interior woodwork on a Hunter Horizon 272/273

I have recently bought a Hunter Horizon 273 that has has some water damage due to window and stantion base leaks.

I need to find some wood veneer to match.

Does anyone know what type of wood is used on horizon?.
Can anyone suggest a good supplier of wood veneers?
