Hi All,

was looking a boat show for insurance for Med for forth coming season. Does anybody have a broker who would take on "total loss and third party cover".

Most brokers at show only wanted comprehensive cover

Pleased you have been with them for so long, best reference going.
Shame that some companies would insure you in UK and as soon as you wished to sail further a field, wanted to drop you.

I've been with them for a good few years now. Needed to claim only once, absolutely no problems. I joined them because despite their rather staid reputation, they were one of only two firms willing to insure a short-handed Atlantic circuit - half the price of the other.
