Does anybody have details of ST50 instruments especially how to change the bulbs? While coming back from France last Thursday night the backlighting on my wind direction indicator packed up and although not essential it is nice to be able to see the display.

Are you sure ALL tha lamps have failed? fairly unusual I would think - more likely a poor connection somewhere. From memory there are 3 or 4 lamps top & bottom?

Most instruments use LEDs for illumination, and these are soldered in so they're not easy to replace (especially as the whole instrument is sealed to prevent water ingress). It's the sort of job most people would leave to a specialist.

Try the Raymarine web site. If you cannot find a solution, then you can email them, you should be able to get a manual this way, you may even be able to download one, but I'm not sure about that.
