Hi

I thought it would be a good idea to spruce up my knowledge of passage making, boat skippering skills etc and to gain a little confidence in night sailing etc. At the same time, my girlfriend is very new to sailing, but really likes it sofar but would like some more formal tuition (from someone who knows what they are talking about, or at least, who she can trust to know what they are talking about /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ).
So I am looking for an instructor to come sail with my girlfriend, me and perhaps a few friends on my boat in the Solent & thereabouts for 5 days between 28 May and 1 June. I'm just looking for some informal instruction, confidence building and some passage making. The boat is a 1987 Beneteau Oceanis 350 which I have had for about 4 years, so I am well acquainted with it.
Please let me know if you would be interested, or if you know of anyone who might be.

Thanks a lot for all your help.

Tom

But seriously - good luck in your search. Every RYA-certified instructor I've ever met has been the most experienced, most skilled, most genial, most highly-recommended, most upright and reliable bloke on the planet. Then there's the girlies.....
