INSTALLING A SWIM PLATFORM

Looking for any advice on installing a swim platform onto a 24ft Feeling/Kirie. Hoping to DIY, but a lot of the videos I found are using fibreglass, or just don't seem very practical. Thanks

It is not a sugar scooped boat, and we are looking for a tubular framed platform.
