I've got the vice which is kept on the boat and has proven very useful ...... but my Lidl vice has a suction base rather than the clamp base and the suction sometimes comes adrift. I think the clamp base might be a better bet so I might have to make a second purchase.
Just need to think up a justification for the "keeper of the public purse".
The soldering iron looks a lot like the Black and Decker one I bought for... a lot more than that!
I've bought an inspection camera to look down the inside of the keelbox on my Seal 22. But mine was £6.50ish on Ebay and plugs into a laptop via usb. Search for "Endoscope" or "borescope". I bought one with a 5m lead which proved to be awkward to use, so when I found it was also faulty I replaced it with a 2m version. I was thinking about making a youtube vid because they are a bit fidly to use but you can get decent results, and you get a bigger picture than 2.4".
The set of metric taps and correct sized tapping drills is very useful.
I also have the older version of the 10.8 volt drill, and its surprisingly powerful.
I have the Lidl endoscope from sometime last year. I already had a USB device per other posts, but the self-contained Lidl one is far more useful to me.
