Agreed - can see no other reason for flying one. If you are passing through the section what matter is it where one has a permanent mooring

I have our old Bray MDL one I could sell you for a couple of thousand...

I fly the Broom Boats burgee from the masthead. Never even thought about it before but yesterday evening our neighbour in the marina asked if we had Islamic connections because the crescent and star reminded him of Turkey and the Middle East.

The person we moor next to has one of those on his broom. We did have a joke about the possibility of there being a terrorist bomb on board ready for the olympics.
So glad you cleared that one up for us... LOL.
Oh he seems like a really nice guy by the way.
