A friend of mine has one of these,

He doesnt have the adaptor for inflating the pontoons.

Anybody no where he can get one to fit the above valve.
I was wondering if a standard pump and hose that I use on my own tender would do the job?

as Moonshiners has said, a standard pump will have various tapered fittings, just remember to push and twist the valve in first otherwise the sponsons will deflate just as quickly as blowing them up.

As Moonshiners says, buy one but get one of the pumps you stand on then pump with your hands (think they are called stirrup pumps, get a double action so it pumps on the upstroke and downstroke for speed). The largest nozzle supplied with it will fit your valve. Last one we bought was around £12

If you can get the correct nozzle a 12v tyre inflator will save your musc;les!
Keep the engine running though or you'll get a flat battery!
