Hi folks.
I'm looking at upgrading my sib, 2.5 meter air floor flat bottom, for a 2.8 meter air floor with a keel. Also my current sib takes 7 psi in floor recommended). The 2.8 with keel takes 14 psi in floor .(Recommended). Overall what would be advantages of a keel and higher pressure floor. ?? Also does it take long to inflate keel or is it quick.

It will be a real improvement. The keel is about a tenth the volume of a side tube and will take little time to inflate. The larger boat will plane more easily and be more directionally stable. The bow will also ride a little higher and give a drier ride. Also when transfering from tender to your boat you can stand on the side of the larger inflatable without any danger of it tipping over or sliding away from under you.

Great stuff. That sounds like. Very real improvement in many ways. Thank you very much.
