Could be fun, though I wonder if my old knees will be entirely happy with the 'sit in' position for long.

Looks a lot more comfortable than kneeling in a canoe or on deck on a cruiser. It's just that after a certain age, one's beer gut looks rather sad in a wet suit! ...and pumping it up is enough exercise for one day.

Tried that for a while with blowing up a normal inflatable. Perfectly feasible to have a decent 12v pump and a motorcycle battery!
