I've tried quite a few, and the longer, wider and more volume the better. I'd aim for at least 34" wide and 10ft long. Higher pressure options are better, go for at least 15psi. For me a Fanatic Ray touring 13'6" x 35" (pointy nose & faster) and a red paddle Mega 10'8 x 36" (round nose and wider) are equally stable. Have fun!
