Inflatable Dink Valve Removal

Trying to remove the inflation valve from a Lodestar air floor, but the valve does not want to come apart. I have the correct key to unscrew the outer part but no luck.
Any tricks to make things work??

Brute force. They can be very tight and hard to unscrew. Once undone, don't expect the backing nut to fit through the hole, you will have to cut the fabric unless the new valve fits the original backing nut threads. Polymarine sell a circular patch for this purpose.

Thanks Graham, not the answer I wanted, but one I suspected I was going to get.
I was at the stage of using brute force and thought that the spanner/key was going to break. I'll give it a couple more grunts.

If you can't manage it, Polymarine are about an hour from you in Colwyn Bay. Not sure how much they charge though.
