Inflatable Dinghy Spares

The front lifting ring/painter point was torn out of our dinghy by another boat berthing alongside yesterday. Looks like I'll have to get a new patch mailed out, none around Porto.

Looking for one, I came across this one from IBS - http://www.ibsparts.co.uk/pvc-patches-towing-seat-etc/191-pvc-bow-grab-handle-s-s-on-patch-grey.html £19.

Similar one from Polymarine http://polymarineshop.com/parts-accessories/moulded-rubber-handles.html - £61.65!!!!

Polymarine stuff is good but, that's a hell of a difference in price, anyone know what quality IBS is?

FWIW I've always found Polymarine to be at the very top end of pricing. I always go elsewhere if I can find something suitable. The cheaper handle appears to have the same piece of SS in it. Personally, I would go for the cheaper option.
