Dug the old inflatable out of the shed today where it's languished for the past eighteen months. I wouldn't have bothered but the grandkids expect it when they join us for a few days boating.
The boat is covered in big brown patches which seem very stubborn to remove. Tried the usual cleaners to no real result.
Anyone out there with a secret formula?
Or perhaps I could paint it - anyone done this ?

Thanks for all the replies.
In desperation tried thick bleach ! Worked a small patch first and it worked a treat.
So now done the boat in a strong solution and looking good.
Hope it hasn't damaged the seams, but been inflated now for three hours and no probs.
Shall use the same on the fenders when next down to the boat.
Shows what a waste of money the propriety stuff is.

Gloves to be worn !!
