The reports say it rolled over before it capsized?? Anyway, these ferries, I've been on a few, are rust buckets always overloaded and an accident looking for somewhere to happen. Most of them are retired ferries from elsewhere, so already scrap before they get to Indonesia, I feel for the poor souls families of those lost.
