Did feel a certain amount of envy and hope my mate buys his Oyster so I get a vicarious feel of what it is like when we pick it up from the other side of the country.
But perhaps they do not have any more fun than we do.

Have experienced unreachable boom end situation. I put a cord on the zipper pull tag, fastened the end together so the zipper cannot separate and fitted a small shackle to the end of it through which the topping lift runs. This keeps tension on the zipper when the topping lift is taut so the zipper can be closed. Simply separating each side is enough to allow it to run open.
