in mast furling conversion

My partner and I plan to buy a Nic 32 in the near future but only seem to be able to find ones that have had a conversion done for in mast furling. Has anyone ever taken converted theirs back? How difficult and costly was it? Would welcome your thoughts.

Yes,we`ve recently converted our Hunter Horizon 27 back to slab reefing. Fairly straightforward, with the mast on the ground I carefully drilled out all of the pop rivets holding the Easyreef system to the mast, removed the sytem(which was just about as heavy as the mast itself) and refilled the holes with molloy pop rivets. Before doing any of this I had spoken to Z Spars for advice, they said "no problem"

Thanks Chris. Sounds straight forward enough. We've decided to put in an offer and change back to slab at the end of the season.
