In Earls Court

I liked Earls Court, both for boaty and car shows. I'm not a fan of the Excell Centre, not liking the street down the middle, and the feeling that the venue is so far east it is nearly Holland.

to be fair, Earls Court was cramped, hot and in need of some major up-dates but it didn't half have some atmosphere.

I shall never forget my first visit to the boat show in Earls Court and being amazed by the boats afloat indoors, for completely different reasons I shall never forget my first visit to Excel which is why I have never been back!

my favourite memories of earls court were the coffee and pizza shop on the corner. i built exhibition stands at botn excel and earls court and earls court had by far the best atmosphere .

Clearly it is me but I simply don't understand the Earls Court v Excel perenial debate. Both have their good and bad points but Excel seems to me to be a no brainier in terms of being a more suitable location for the show.

Now where's my coat......
