Imray/RCC Baltic Sea - 3rd (latest) Edition

None of the British Baltic pilots are sufficiently complete to give everything you need. Most people will visit one or two sections of the Baltic and local books and pilots tend to be much more detailed and sometimes, up to date. The CA book is an alternative for planning purposes. There are just too many harbours and small spots to get into one book.

I didn't want to say that when the OP was trying to sell the book, but we, also, found it of little use. Once you are there, pick up one of the local marina guides - ones for Germany and Denmark are free from marinas (Sejlerenes series), and with a dictionary and a bit of imagination, you can figure out what they are saying. The chartlets are good. Some of the Grman charts have pilot booklets covering their areas, too - very helpful. Actually, the Brian Navin pilot for Germany and Denmark is useful for the harbours it does cover - we used it more for the North Sea than the Baltic, though. In Sweden, there is the Nautiska-Vorlaget series of very detailed pilots (in English too).
