importing sports boat

does anyone know if you import a brand new sports boat from the states, the same spec thats on the british market do you have to get it CE marked hope someone can help thanks

Yes you do. The fact that it's CE marked in US may mean you can contact the manufacturer for a CE pack, though whether you can do that post purchase I don't know.
