Do you have an internal filter If so when was it last vleaned . Also check fuel pipe to carb. IS it properly installed on spgot and sealed ie not leaking . Suspect enough fuel for low to medium revs but not so for full power

it runs at full or half throttle like a good un. However as I go below about a quarter throttle it dies on me
