I\'m off

I can't stand this weather. It's all cold, and feels as though it's been cold for ages! Well at least since this morning. So, I'm off to the caribee where the pace is lazy and warm. The is especially true in the so-called restaurants, where the service is very lazy and the food is kept warm for weeks on end.

You think it's cold in good old blighty.

I'm in Lohja, 40 minutes drive from Helsinki, to vist the inlaws at the for the next few days, it's -11 at the moment.

Any room in the suitcase for a stow away?

Just stacked 3 tons of logs that was delivered today. So, glowing and warm (read hot and sweaty).

Now got a rather nice roaring log fire going, and having thoughts of staying in front of it with nightcaps and good books for the next 4 months.

mulled wine just isn't the same in a warm climate....now in Helsinki I might add just a we drop more brandy to the mix.........lol
