I\'m Looking For Some Advice
My wife does not like sailing which I am sure is not an uncommon situation; therefore the purchase of a boat is not possible, even a half share in one that I had planned caused strong resistance. From time to time I do sail out of Levington, but I would like the opportunity to sail regularly, and would be very happy to contribute to the running cost of a suitable boat.
In the last couple of years I’ve clocked up over 500 miles, have a RYA Day Skipper and VHF Certificates. Many years ago I clocked up even more miles sailing out of the Hamble, and owned a Flying Fifteen.
What I would like is to find somebody, retired like me, who finds it difficult to get out because of the availability of a crew, and wants to do reasonable length passages. As I live near Nottingham I would like to sail out of the east coast with Levington being preferred.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
