I\'m back

I'm back for a day or two having seen Pheran, we sat together in the morning Sun outside the Yacht Club, his missus brought us a mug of coffee each and people passed us by muttering something about 'two old gits' . MikeT was there too but he didn't lower himself to sit with us. I was smoking and Pheran {Chris} had me sit downwind of him, selfish sod.

Ah, yes, Dear Reader, Sunday was indeed a beautiful day. I sat with the Ancient Mariner, encouraging him to talk about the old days, just as the nurse had asked. My, you should have seen his eyes light up when we talked of oakum and scrimshaw and the occasional cackle past those toothless old gums was a joy to hear. Every now and again I would wipe his chin as he dribbled his coffee. Bless!
I even had to change his incontinence pad twice but Hey - what are friends for.

Nice one I only hope that we can now expect to see Tena Man adverts on telly alongside the insulting Tena Lady ones that suggest half the women in this country are going round wetting themselves. Equality!!!!!
